Refund & rescheduling policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026. Applies to paid educational lessons, clinics, workshops, curriculum seats, and on-site visits booked with File Haven Way.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to lesson fees you paid directly to File Haven Way. Informational pricing on this website is not a charge. Bank or card processing fees charged by your payment provider may be non-recoverable.
Timeframe for full refund
Cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the scheduled lesson start for a full refund of the lesson fee and deposit.
Partial refund
Cancellations between 6 days and 48 hours before start receive a 50% refund of the lesson fee. The deposit may be retained as a scheduling hold unless we successfully fill your seat.
Non-refundable items
Printed materials already prepared for a private session after the intake call, custom on-site travel costs already incurred with your approval, and interpreter bookings confirmed at your request are non-refundable once ordered.
Work already started
If a half-day lesson has begun, fees for that session are non-refundable. Unused follow-up email support included in Operator Lessons remains available through its stated window.
Deposits
Deposits reserve calendar time. They convert to lesson credit when you attend or when we reschedule under the rules below.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without fee when you give at least 48 hours’ notice and a new seat is available within 60 days. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee of ₩30,000.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice forfeits the lesson fee and deposit. We may offer a reduced-rate makeup at our discretion.
Refund process & timing
Email info@filehavenway.click with your booking name, date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Cancellations by File Haven Way
If we cancel a lesson, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a new date. We are not responsible for your personal travel costs unless we canceled inside 24 hours without offering a same-week alternative.
