Planner and notes outlining a four-week curriculum

Curriculum

Four weeks from fuzzy fees to a living ledger

A paced path for operators who want structure between meetings, with homework sized for people who also run machines overnight.

Weekly rhythm

Studio meeting plus one take-home task

Cohorts meet once per week in Siheung. Private paths follow the same sequence on flexible dates.

Week 1

Pool landscape & fee tables

Map candidate pools for your coin, record fee ladders and minimum payouts, and note latency from your hall. Homework: fill the comparison sheet with two pools you have not tried.

Week 2

Reward methods under a microscope

Work PPS, FPPS, and PPLNS examples with your hash rate. Homework: recalculate last month’s deposits under an alternate scheme—on paper only.

Week 3

Payout tracking & anomaly flags

Build the expected-versus-received ledger and define when you raise a ticket. Homework: log seven days of shares and deposits.

Week 4

Decision clinic & migration notes

Review homework together, decide stay-or-move with a calm checklist, and draft worker-naming rules for the next difficulty window.

Curriculum questions

Can I join mid-path?

Week 1 and 2 build on each other. Mid-path joins are rare; we usually suggest starting at the next cohort or booking the flagship Operator Lessons as a compressed alternative.

How many operators per cohort?

Six seats maximum so everyone can open their own pool screens during demos.

Is Korean-language delivery available?

Yes. Several cohorts run primarily in Korean with English worksheets; mention your preference when you write.

Ask about the next cohort

Or browse standalone lessons if four weeks is more structure than you need right now.
